I’m learning to use Wordpress as a CMS, but when I edit an already created page it only offers me ’save’ or s’ave and continue editing’. Once I save it its there but not actually on the web page itself.

Why do I not have a publish button?

I have installed a plugin ‘ CMS-like Admin Menu’ this is meant to make this easier though, editing I mean?

can anyone point me in the right direction.

I’ve also been trying to change my status from Administrator to editor, it seems to save it but the staus doen’t change ?

I have a wordpress blog in a subfolder of my domain. I would like to know if it is possible to make my hompage for the domain be my homepage from wordpress. Make example.com’s homepage not be home.html or whatever you can use as the file name for your domain. and just make it so when people go to example.com they go straight to my wordpress blog homepage thats in a subdirectory. Is this Possible? Using a plugin, changing script.
